Took my money!

On the 23rd Dec 2013 my family and I decided to have lunch at KFC. whilst at the till placing my order and ready to pay the card machine declined my first card to which there was money in, the lady then proceeded to swipe it again and still no luck... I then gave her my other account to swipe from and still nothing. Both my accounts had sufficient money in it. the teller proceeded to swipe the card at the other till point and it went through. whilst sitting and having lunch my sms notification came through showing that the money was taken from both my accounts. all this after my order was even done incorrectly instead of a strawberry milkshake i was given a vanilla flavor and instead of Fanta orange I was given Cream Soda when I tried to inform the teller she said it was not her problem and I must pay for another drink?? I went to the Manager to explain and even showed him the sms notification and he assured me the money will be returned into my account. 3 Days and still nothing. I had to go the bank draw a statement and go back to KFC to request my refund and the manger then says her card division says it is pending the return??? she then gave me my money. TERRIBLE service
