I was playing a poker machine in the smoking area. Got up to go to the toilet and left my chair up and my card in the machine thinking it's safe or so I thought after all I have a pin number. Came back to find a lady sitting at my machine who said she put money in the machine saying she did not know she needed a card. She asked an attendant for her money an amount of around a measley R56-00 who promptly released my card with their secret pin, went to the club desk and CLEARED my card WITHOUT MY PIN AND AUTHORITY. He came back gave the lady her money back on a day card. I asked to see a manager, the first one didn't know a thing who then called a second manager by the name of Andries who smiled and kept on repeating himself. Not getting anywhere with these two I asked to see someone more senior. Orkley I presume a senior manager came and I retold my incident who immediately agreed IT WAS WRONG WHAT HAD HAPPENED. He said he would call me I'm still waiting. I understand I could have died in the toilet and Monte needs their machines to work but to remove my card, have it CLEARED WITHOUT MY PIN AND AUTHORITY is akin to my money. I ask is MONTE A PLACE YOU CAN TRUST???
