Not keeping promise/Dishonest

I still haven't heard anything from Kate Bostane or the consultant that assisted me with opening my account Nkululeko Ntshona,
I am really disgusted about the way this whole thing is being handled,
You are an untrustworthy bank, unreliable, you don't keep your promises, you are ignorant and very, very unprofessional I regret ever switching to Nedbank
Because of you I haven't closed my old account because of an overdraft that you promised that you will assist me with, my old account has now accumulated bank fees/charges which makes me look bad to other banks, and on ITC
2 months ago I didn't have difficulty getting loan from any bank in South Africa, but now all I get is I don't meet the minimum criteria due to me not handling my bank account well,
Thanks to you my son won't be able to go to school to further his studies and fulfil his dream of being an IT Specialist I hope you sleep at night
I can promise you one thing though I am going to challenge you and get justice once and for all
I will be contacting the legal expect for advice, you Nedbank can't do this and get away with playing with people lives like this
