Clients were forbbiden to sit on the waiting area

The bank was full, with long queues to the tellers and the chairs on the waiting areas were empty. We were chased from the chairs because we were not going to the consultants, most people were waiting for others from the tellers' queue. Only few people were waiting for the consultants. Even old people who had sore feet were allowed to stand while the chairs were empty. We tried to reason with the host but he could not listen to us. He called the security guard and he managed to chase everyone from the chairs with a lame reason. I personally was not impressed about this bad service. The bank was extremely full and some clients had heavy luggage, groceries and infants on their backs.
