My premium debit order was effected on the 20th of December instead of the last day of the month. I was only notified on the 11th hour that the debit order is going to got out on that day. I phoned the contact centre just after I received the SMS but the consultant told me that there is nothing they can do. The call was made from a cellphone during peak hours. I was on my home to Polokwane to buy my frail grandmother medication and groceries which I could'nt do because miway took a decision to debit my account mid-way through the month without having the decency to ask their valued client to make provision for it. Now I have to incur costs again and drive the same trip to Polokwane for something I could have done this past weekend if it was not for my insurer to deduct money from my account. Now please tell me how are you doing things my way.
