SORRY NO SITTING ON CHAIRS

I was in Standard Bank on Monday morning, to sort out my internet banking. After standing in a long queue at the Enquiries, I went over to sit at the small cubicle seats in the middle of the bank. I still had to wait for my mom who was doing some payments on the other site of the Bank. As I am only 6 weeks pregnant, and was feeling very unwell, as if I wanted to faint and nauseous, and after standing in a queue myself, I just had to sit, I also had my 2 year old with me. Then the lady working at Standard Bank Customer Care, came over to me, asking if she can assists, I informed her that I was already helped, and was just waiting for my mom. She was very rude, telling me that I am not allowed to sit down on those cubicles (the bank was not busy at all, al the chairs was open) if I wasn't waiting for them to help me with something. I was blown away. I was so shocked, I just stood up, and walked out and wait on the outside. I am a Standard Bank customer and have been one for 10 years, if this is the service that one receive from Standard Bank, I will rather walk over to FNB or Absa, where there is no problem if you sit and wait on their chairs.
