At point of purchase i was informed everything will be covered except the tyres before change of ownership I consulted motorite sales person & this was confirmed. On the 29th my car was booked at VW Midrand for 75000km service. Window mechanisms needed to be replaced cause of big vibration & noise. I had to give my permission for the back door pads to be striped & only if failure or wear & tear motorite will cover the parts & the labour if my fault i must pay R1400 for striping. I was informed by VW mechanic the mechanisms needed to be replaced and i dont have to pay. The next day motorite asked for a picture which made no sence cause it was a noise not something you can see. Motorite sent their own assessor who went straight to the VW mechanic saw the problem reported it to motorite verbally saying its a small noise. Tried getting hold of Dewad from motorite Sunninghill over 10times every call different excuses. Holding from around 4.30 got a hold of him at 4.50 says his going to claims department to see what they say. Finally he said its declined my claim cause its a small noise. So all i can say motorite is just a & hopefully they be brought to book for people.
