When I foned Virgin money to report my vehicle accident, Kavish was very helpful. In that he explained the process to be followed and he confirmed whether I had enough time to lodge the claim over the fone because the telephonic claim registration takes longer but is convenient. Subsequent to claim having beeen lodged he consistently ensured I am informed of progress regarding my claim. As for bringing the car for inspection he was accommodative by ensuring that I come at my convenient day

all in all the Kavish displayed the professionalism that one always expect expecially when one is faced with this kinds of challenges.
