Good day,

I am expecting funds from abroad. My bank overseas has confirmed that the funds were forwarded to South Africa yesterday. However FNB Forex insists that the funds have not arrived. FNB claims that they have only received a message and the funds will only be released on Monday. I would like to find out who or where this message is from? I would also like FNB to provide me with a copy of this message so that I can follow up with my bank overseas. I am experiencing the same problem with FNB every month and would like some clarity.
