I Email Finchoice: I have been debited twice and urgently need a reversal to be done, otherwise my cars and insurance debits will bounce!!! A debit of R1030.96 went off the 21st Dec and now R1035.61 for the same loan (FINCHOICE /1514762 2 KWIK) went off again this morning... 24 Dec 2013
Please urgently contact me as I cannot afford for this kind of mistakes to happen, my other debit are going off tonight so this needs to be reversed URGENTLY!!!

Please be advised that due to tomorrow and Thursday being public holidays you need to allow for 71 working hours before the money is reflected back into your account. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused in this regard.
I phoned the call center from 8-30 the morn & replied to the email: This is unacceptable, my Vehicle Finance and Insurance debits are going off tonight, the funds MUST be reversed and be back in my acc before tonight... No reply from Finchoice then I phoned in several times, and was told it has been processed and is pending but will definately be back in my acc same day. 25 Dec 2013: My car & insurance debits BOUNCED
