Disgusting Service From FNB

Good day,
I would like to enquire why my funds from abroad which was received by FNB on the 1st of February 2013 was only released on the 4th of February 2013? The value date was for the 1st of February 2013. I called the Forex call center several times on the 1st but they insisted that the funds have not arrived in South Africa. On the one occasion I spoke to Ashika Domingo who told me that the value date for my funds are for Monday but the funds have not arrived. How can FNB allocate a value date for funds which have not arrived. As FNB's calls are recorded, kindly retrieve the conversation as I require an explanation. I receive funds from abroad, monthly and this has been an ongoing issue. I have emailed: [Email Removed] and have not received a response. I am disgusted at FNB's unprofessionalism. Should I not receive a response from FNB, I will proceed to the Ombudsman for Banking. I also suggest that FNB should change their logo as they certainly did not help me!
