I call Capitec loan division around 15:57 i was told that i cant be assisted as the lady wanted to knock off @ 16:00 and i requested to speak to a team leader by the name of Fazeedah Williams she told me that my documents cannot be processed immidiatley because of the time i called in, i fail to understand why they say they working 8-17:00 while they cant assist and also letting them know in advance that verification department has a bag log on they voice prompts. bad service in deed.
