When this eventually is resolved, I will go on a personal campaign, to make sure that everyone I know tells everyone they know to close every single account they have with FNB cause clearly if u don't have millions in your account, you're NOTHING.Today is xmas eve and I am sitting alone in Jhb instead of being home in Dbn with my family. I payed my installment for my personal loan, Fri 20 Dec but yesterday, I was debited another installment and an extra R200 leaving me broke and unable to book my flight home. I spoke to 2 different people including manager/team leader Thokozani and advised of the severity of the situation, he promised me that the latest I would receive my money back was 16h30, so I told myself I would than have to take a 7 hour bus ride because I have been inconvinienced and I don't have a choice, which I made peace with but till today almost midday and I have heard nothing. I wonder how u guys sleep at night when u can do this to people.
