Zero response from online application for loan

On three occasions I went to Capitec's website and followed the online application for a loan. A window followed saying that I will be contacted shortly. After a month, I tried again. No one contacted me after three weeks. Then I called in and spoke to Ashlin Louw (5/08/13) who told me she was moving departments and emailed her team leader, Crowen Williams, cc'd me in, requesting someone contact me. Now 4 weeks passed and still nothing!
