Calls everyday for not payong bank charges

Am a loyal customer since day one i never jump my account, the only mistake i made here was to pay my account using EFT. And the person who help me on my fist payment told me that i musnt pay extra money for bank charges and since then am paying without it. only this month i pay my account on three installment and to find out later that am owing R20.00 for bank charges and now home choice is calling me every day just for R20.00 i mean really people. and today this lady told me that i only pay 280.00 can you double check my account before you call me again. do you want me to appologise for not paying for bank charges. cant you wait till monthend to see if i cant make payment i mean my installment is R1095.00 BUT YOU ARE CALLING ME EVERY DAY FOR 20.00 REALLY PEOPLE?
