On 14th Nov Standard Bank Home Loans processed a debit transaction on my bank account. I've since then asked for copies of any and all telephone conversations and copies of any documents where I have given my consent to this deduction.
To date they have been unable to supply the necessary and dealing with their Customer Care is absolutely USELESS!! This is in contravention of the new TCF legislation and I have referred this matter to the FSB as well.
I have been with Standard Bank in excess of 20 years but seriously think it is time for a change!
