POOR SERVICE

Our son has passed await in October last year. The court appointed executor requested outstanding home-loan amount as to settle the estate. No response. Today we went with her, Standard Bank made copies of all documents and again made copies of the court appointment of the executor. We waited more than 2 hours again without success.

We now have to pay for this wasted day because of Standard Bank out of the estate and we will have to do this again. This is the worst service you can get from a bank in this time of need.
