Insurance premiums revaluated

I called Outsurance because I received my rerate schedule for Feb 2014 and was not happy with the new premiums. I spoke to Raeesa and she managed to professionally answer my questions and change my premium for my windscreen from R950 to R250. She explained everything to me and did not mind taking the time to do so. I called First for Woman for a quote and when I said to them that it is higher than what Outsurance is charging me she simply said, "Thank you for your time" when I asked her is that all she is prepared to do she said she cannot do anything about the rates and will only be able to reduce the premium if she ups the excess. Poor service from First for Woman.
