On the 28th of November 2013 I reported a claim and was given a claim number. The consultant gave us a go ahead to repair the damages and promised to send us the claim details through sms. Up to this point we have spend over a hundred rand on calls trying to get through their number with no luck.

I have been calling from 8am to 4pm only to listen to their answering machine telling me that a consultant will attend to me as soon as possible, that their mailbox is full or that their working hours are over.
