I submitted a claim and given a claim number on the 28th of November 2013. I have been calling them since and have spent hours listening to their voicemail. My calls to 080 112 225 are unanswered or someone will answer put you on hold then hang up on you. A representative from ABSA responded to my complaint here sometime in December and send me a complaint number via sms but nothing was done. Today (7/1/14) I was given the same (011) 501 8513 number for one of their managers, Ms Elsabe Jacobs but since 8:30am my calls go unanswered or her line is busy.
