Struggling 1 YEAR to get statements via email

(1) My cheque account statements was send to my Box No &? 1 year ago (Oct/Nov 2012) I asked Std Bank to cancell it as I rather want my statements e-mailed to me. *(Already got my creditcard statements via e-mail).

(2) Immediately my statements was stopped send to my Box but I NEVER received it via e-mail.

(3)) For months & months I requested it & every time they apoligise it WILL BE DONE-OR THEY ARE BUSY!!
(4) I have proof of all the e-mails as from December 2012 when I realised nothing is happening!!

It was last week "THE LAST STRAW" when I got a mail (AFTER ONE YEAR) from a customer service agent that I must come into the Bank my self...! I think to complain after ONE YEAR was very very patient of me! I also asked that my complaint must be send to the Manager at Cent!
