Third party claim

My vehicle has been involved in an accident in October which was their clients fault. I have submitted all nec docs that they required but nothing has been done to date regarding the claim. My vehicle is still not fixed. I cannot hold of the guy handling the claim. Ph goes 2 answering machine. With no response. I am very angry. Pls assist. Thanks
