Monday I have settled my personal loan as promised Capfin they even send me an sms saying thank u they have recieved the amount, so during the day I called the call centre to ask for the settlement letter but the was no answer for the whole day, to my suprise today the debit order of R960, 61 went through again but I have settled the acc, so I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible I'm not asking them I'M telling them and I want that settlement letter. I thought they were running a circus there but now they are also
