I am fuming.
I had a break-in and the claim was expertly handled by the assessor. Six days ago the claim was finalised and payment requested.
Since I have not had feedback I decided to call this morning.
Imagine my surprise when told the settlement clerk is on leave and for the past six days it has been lying in her queue.
I am sorry but this is simply terrible processes. Would this only have received attention when she is back from leave?
Despite the very good service I have received in the past, this is now the second time the claims settlement department has not delivered, and I am now looking for another insurer.
