My card was cloned at an ATM and R6 000.00 was out of my cheque card in Zimbabwe. I phoned in to report the issue when i received the sms's, they cancelled my card immediately and sent me a new one. All documents were sent in and FNB sent me a reference number, 2.5 weeks later I have all my money back in my account.
