Waste your time and money

We called like 4 or 5 times to have cell phones insured, the last person who eventually called back because the others didn't want to was Joel who said they DON'T insure phones only houses!! I wonder when this happened as last time not so long ago I had a problem with their people not sorting our claim out which was sorted quite speedily by Dean Naidoo. I don't know if Joel is just plain lazy or just * us arouind!
