2 Months ago I applied for a payout for my Retirement fund to be payed out, I have spoken to 3 different people and they have all given me incorrect answers to my Querie. I called 12 December 2013 and Nombulo has told me about the Tax requirments and I approved them to deduct the Tax, and pay me the difference.
20 December 2013 I spoke to a lady with the Name Dianne, and she told me that the money has been released a few days ago and I was suppose to have already have received my money.
Yet it is 23 December 2013 today and still iu have not received my money from liberty. I am Highly upset with the service I have received, and I am giving them until 11am this morning, then my money has to be in my account or they must have contacted me with information as to why their consultants have been misleding me and telling me things that are not true/happening.

I have never come across such bad service.
