In July 2013 I applied for Provident Fund I was told it would take 4 months before my money would be payed out. After the above mention time period I contacted the call center again but was told there is that i should call back because my documents has not been finalised yet. I called them every week since then and spoke to different consultants whose names i do have and the dates that I spoke to each one of them I was promised that the money would be payed out in December 2013 but until now i have not received anything. Seven complaints has been logged to the supervisor who has not responded to any one of the complaints until now. All my documents are in order according to all the consultants but they don't know what the hold up is that the money can't be paid out.
