I went to this branch on 3 different occasions to ask for bank statement and everytime i went there the lady who was helping me asked me questions as though she was updating. Or checking if my details has changed or not., while she was actually making an application for a credit on my behalf, and i became aware of this trend when i checked my credit profile with transunion that FNB does this, as if its not enough i went to modimolle branch to get the statement and the very same thing happened. I'm so dissapointed by this bank and will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. I'm so curious as to if i did really qualify for loan, what is it that they where going to do about that? Is this how the fnb corner the unsuspecting clients to take loans with them or is this how their employees commits? Or are they that desperate to get clients to borrow money? Pity im leaving this dishonest bank very soon.
