Been waiting nearly 2 weeks for a payout

I have a flexi facility with FNB home loans. I applied for these funds, send off all the necessary paper work and was promised that the pay out will take 72 hours, that as on the 11 December. On the 17 December I received an email as they requested another document which I send off to them. On the 19 December they confirmed that all was in order and management will contact me to do the pay out. I am still waiting. I don't understand why I was told on the 11 December that I will have the money in 72 hours and nearly 2 weeks after that, I am still waiting. I am not use to this type of service and I am very frustrated with the service that I am getting from FNB Home loans Department.
