ABSA Staff cant explain monthly repayments

I recently had a query which 3 consultants COULD NOT explain.

All they offered to do was to send me detailed statements.

If you are looking at financing a vehicle and use their online calculator to gauge the monthly payments, be warned that even when you add the montly service fee etc it's still higher AND their staff cannot offer an explanation WHY!

Please have someone competent call me immediately with an explanation / breadown of my monthly repayments!!!
