I had an accident in 2012. I tire came off a Mbashe Municipal Vehicle and damaged my drivers door and fender. I made a claim and was assisted with repairing the car. Now Miway told me it would take them about 5 months to recover the excess but a year have passed now and everytime I call them they seem to have forgotten about this matter. Instead I'm refered from one assistant to another and the above mentioned being the last one. All they always tell me is that they will make a follow-up on the matter and give me feedback but THEY NEVER DO.
