I had a vehicle accident in December 2012 - I am still waiting for payment of the excess amount - turnaround time for issuing letters of demand way too long and pathetically slow. 7 Months later they still unable to recover the excess amount from the other party and still no summons issued against the guilty party - ask for feedback - you dont get any from any consultant - everytime I have had to make a call to enquire what is happening about the claim. Like the saying goes - you can't complain about Mi-Way's service because there aint any service - Shocking for an insurance company. I will never ever recommend Mi-Way to anybody for an insurance - Never had a days satisfaction with their service. Ive purchased another vehicle and have approached another insurance company who have given me 100% service from the day I signed the acceptance of their quote. More I can say about Mi-Way - False advertising if you look at their television adverts!!!
