Excess Recovery

Ive been with miway since 2009 and I was always 100% satisfied with the service that I receive. The agents are usually very helpful and go the extra mile to make sure you satisfied.
During February 2012 I had an accident and my claim was dealt with professionally and efficiently. I was paid out within 3 days.
However, with my excess recovery I am really struggling. I know that there is no turn around time per se but its been over a year now!!!
The girl dealing with my claim is really not the friendliest (as compared to other call centre agents), and initially i used to call to follow up quite often, but her attitude was really discouraging. So instead I e-mailed her a few times and she did not respond?

Im so disappointed. I thought id have recovered my excess by now. This is not the type of service that i am accustomed to from Miway!
