I have an loan with FNB and it was agreed that the deduction should be on the 28th monthly. On the 22nd DEcember 2013 the bank deducted the instalment without any warning or what so ever that the instalment will be deducted earlier, the 28th December 2013 is not even a public holiday so I dont understand the reason for this.
I really dont appreciate this treatment, atleast a customer should be notified of the changes well in advance.
So now I wont be able to buy xmas gifts for my family. Thanks a lot FNB"Innovative bank"
