My Personal Loan monthly payment went off (and bounced) on 21 December 2012 (not the normal debit order date!!!). Nedbank then decided, without my consent and without contacting me to debit the order twice from my January 2013 salary!!! I now cannot pay very necessary things like my Varsity registration!!! I am so fed up!! I tried to call Customer Care, but was on hold for so long that I eventually gave up! This is ridiculous!!! Your service and feedback to clients are pathetic!! I request that someone calls me urgently in this regard!!!
