I bank with FNB and in 2009 i got a nedbank personal loan which is deducted from my FNB account every month on the 31st. Usually they send an sms messages alerting me if there are any changes with the debit order dates so that i can consent or change it. This time (and i suspect it has happened before because i dont usually check my bank statement clinically) they deducted on the 27th September (when my contract says 31st) and it is now reflecting as a failed payment and negatively affecting my Credit Profile.
I want Nedbank to fix this. Im planning to pay off the loan and never to do business with them anymore.
