Debit account double with out permission

I have an Nedbank loan which I pay monthly, Beginning of December I received an sms telling me that my installment will be deducted from my bank account on the 15 th December. I received my salary 15 December and was under the impression that the debit order will go through as per sms. End of Jan when I received my salary all of a sudden they deducted the installment twice, only then I realised that the debit order did not go through. I did not budget for this and find it very unporfessional from the bank. It is January and nobody can affort a R960 lesser on there budget.
