Finally I received feedback due to one very determined lady Hannelie Meintjies! I would like to thank her, she proved how to deal with customer complaints effectively and swiftly. She made sure that the resolution specialist spoke to me and if he was not available she got the team leader to deal with me. I believe all should take a lesson from Hannelie.
