Terrible Service

I lodged a complaint on the FNB Website on 13/12/2013 in connection with extremely slow service at their Branch in Komatipoort. I waited approx 45 Minutes before one of the 2 people at the Info Desk assisted me. All this time the Branch Manager was up and about and eventually left, I gather for Lunch.
The complaint was logged on 13/12/2013 on their website and I received a confirmation that I would be contacted within 24 Business Hours.
It is 21/12/2013 and I have not received any contact from these people.
