I went to the branch yesterday (09/04/2013), at the Customer Services Desk, to check whether the e-mail I received to verify my internet banking details was legitimate or not. I stood in the queue at exactly 09:00, with only five people infront of me, and I was only helped at 10:30. Does it really have to take two tellers one and a half hours to serve five people? It is not the first time I lodge this kind of complaint, I had a similar experence on the 31st of December 2012 and I lodged a complaint, but it seems nothing has changed.
