I applied for a new bond application which was declined and would like someone senior to contact me and send me a letter with the declined details. I have been banking with Standardbanking since 2004 and my business since 2009. I have done vehicles deals since 2004 to date to the value of R3.7 million which was not declined however now I want a bond for R5million and deposit of R6.5 million. I have informed the bank that my existing bond for R1.7 million was paid off in 7 years which clearly indicates I do not renege on my promises. The existing property will be sold and was last valued R3.5 million which will sold and proceeds will be paid into the bond.
