I would like to commend Thapelo Mokgeledise for the outstanding service I have received at FNB Key West. I have been a customer of Standard Bank for years and decided to move my accounts over to FNB. This gentelman was extremely knowledgable and his work ethic is excellent. If this is how FNB treats their new customers, I am definitely looking forward to a long relationship with them.
Being in the customer service management industry, I only expect good service (something Standard bank lacks more and more lately, hence my move) all the time, and Thapelo Mokgeledise has exceeded all my expectations. Kudos to the man!
