I signed up for a contract with MTN for my Laptop and recently for my new cellphone and a few days later after recieving my cellphone I get an sms stating that debits for my insurance were unsuccessful.. I call their call centre and they inform me that the debits bounced last year in August and in September (2012) and when I ask how will I be able to rectify they inform me I cant reason being I took too long and again when I ask why wasnt I contacted they tell me they send out sms's I never recieved such an sms for both months last year and because that happened they say they cannot cover my cellphone due to that happening. What I do not understand is that my account always has money and the other biggest conern is that I WAS NEVER EVER CONTACTED THE FIRST TIME ROUND THOSE MESSAGES THEY SAY THAT THEY SEND THEM OUT WAS NOT SENT IN AUGUST AND AGAIN IN SEPTEMBER!!! I work in a bank and I know how important communication is in such situations and I am just angry and disgusted at such poor service I am really not HAPPY!!!
