I went onto the web yesterday to shop around for some funeral cover. I was considering 1Life from all the TV ads I've seen and thought I'd check it out. at that point I was not going to take cover right away. I got a call back from a gentleman named Thapelo Molaba. I am so happy to say that I have never experienced such a pleasant call and such a pleasant and vibey attitude from a call centre agent. He was thorough, very friendly, took the time to explain everything to me and took me through each cover step by step without getting annoyed or tired like most of them do. We even shared a couple of laughs! Wow!!! It was truly refreshing. I must commend Thapelo and 1Life for the excellent work and I must say, thanks to him, I feel I have made the right decision by choosing 1Life, as before the call I was sceptical. Thank you Thapelo and 1Life for "changing my life!! " LOL! I look forward to a good relationship with 1Life. Thank you Thapelo! Very well done! Please keep it up.
