My car went in for repairs at Auto Magic Benoni a panelebeater which is on their panel they didnt do a proper job, bonnet was not alinged and the smash and grab which they put on the car was not in order and paint made drops spils on the rear door pane, wheel alignment wasnt done I used my own money out of my pocket to attend to that problem and then i took the car to the assesment centre on the 31/12/2012 in Xavier JHB the assesor so all the mistakes said will capture everything on the system and and then they will get back to me today its the 10/01/2013 no one has contacted me I spoke to Doctor from claims department he said he will get someone and make sure they call me no one has already contacted me but monthly they expect the premuims to be paid while they provide such bad service
