this issue/ communication has been going on since the begining of this year.
i get charged interest every month on my credit card statement yet i pay the FULL amount owing to the cent before the payment due date.
i have all the statements and proof of payment each month of the full amount yet i get charged interest.
i then thought you do get charged interest on every purchase.
Basetsana Mathabe then stated that
The interest on purchases is free, provided you pay the full statement balance within the 57 days interest free period. SO WHY DO I GET CHARGED INTEREST???
also, she stated the following The email address has been updated as per your request and i see my credit card statement this morning was email to my work email instead of my private email like before.
WHO GAVE AUTHORITY TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS? I HAVE ALL EMAIL PROOF OF ALL THIS AND NO REQUEST WAS GIVEN TO CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS
