My wife bought me a smartphone two months ago, you did not deduct the first payment and subsequently debit her account double the next month. secondly you need to ask customers when is the most suitable date to deduct this money. you can`t just deduct money whenever you feel its right. now you send her a treating email that she must pay the oustanding balance immediately or you will take legal action. not even once did you phone her,? this is not how you treat your customers.i will then have to seriously consider both of us having accounts with you.this behaviour is totally unacceptable.
