I submitted a claim for my roof because it was leaking after a thunderstorm.
My claim was rejected and the reason that they gave me on the phone was that I did not maintain my roof and they promised to send me a detailed report.
The consultant gave me the contractors details as I wanted them to come and fix my roof at my own expense as the invoice that he submitted to SBIB was less - my access.
I call the contractor the same day and I ask him to come and fix my roof. I was shocked at his response, he told me that he does not repair leaking roofs only new installation.
Why does SBIB send someone to my house who can quote the bank but he can't come to my house and repair the leak at my expense. Is he ral or fake or maybe he does not want to do small jobs
