Deducting money out of account without my consent

I have being using Standard bank for several years and I'm really disappointed that they decided to deduct money out of my account without communicating with me. When I called in to inquire about this, I was told about an account that I was not even using and did not received a card for. It was unprofessional and careless to deduct money without communicating with me or making other arrangements with me.

It was inconsiderate of them to do this, as I have budgeted that money for my transport. I feel like Standard bank does not care about their customers. I will not be using those accounts I have with you, I have opened a new account with another bank to avoid surprises. You will not be getting a cent from me, so you can take both those accounts and shove them where the sun doesn't shine.
